My professional and personal connections to Carl go back several years.
Carl, and his company RyCon Construction, contracted with Willow Glen Storage to complete numerous medium and large-scale repairs and upgrades from 2009 to the present. Throughout those projects Carl conducted himself with utmost professionalism and competence. Our on-site managers were always impressed with Carl’s expertise, particularly his knowledge of facilities management, how he handled his crew, his communication skills, and his non-stop energy.
Carl has a special knack for troubleshooting difficulties that arise in projects involving ADA compliance and the like. Carl has a well-deserved reputation as the quintessential fix-it man who somehow always manages to devise practical, cost-effective solutions to seemingly intractable problems. In my opinion, what makes Carl special, even rare, among contractors is his combination of aptitudes and skills;
deep knowledge of the trades, good business acumen, ability to work well with all types of people, creative problem-solving skills, genuine desire to put the client’s interests first.
