ABOUT ELLIE ST. PAUL
Ellie St. Paul clinic is positioned close to some major highway arteries so that people from all over the metro can access services without having a long or stressful drive. We are located on the corner of West 7th Street and Montreal, which is readily accessible from 494/694 (and Highway 5 which turns into W. 7th), 35E and Highway 61. Our office is in a quiet, modern, single story building with plenty of parking spaces in our parking lot (which means very little walking, especially important in the winter months).
At Ellie St. Paul, you’ll be visiting an office that’s near and dear to our hearts. This is where we first started as a company, making it the “original” Ellie space! Since first opening in 2015, we’ve made lots of great updates and expansions in order to make sure that your experience is warm, engaging and welcoming. Our St. Paul office also has what we call our “Zen Room” or “Zen Den”, which is a separate, private waiting area for those who need a moment with soothing music, low lights, calming vibes and a meditative atmosphere. Lots of clients who come to Ellie St. Paul end up hanging out in the Zen Room to get some R&R before returning to the hustle and bustle of modern life. Feel free to stay as long as you want (at least until lights out).
At Ellie St. Paul, we have a collection of providers from across the spectrum. Because we are able to serve so many distinct communities at our St. Paul location, we employ professionals with a huge array of specialties. We have providers who see adults and children (ages 0-100+), and many who work with couples and entire family systems (both related and chosen families). Some of our staff are bilingual and provide services in Spanish too!
We also have a great group of providers who are highly experienced in serving the LGBTQ community, who help individuals and families navigate the coming out and/or gender affirmation process. We work a lot with folks who are referred to us by the University of Minnesota Center for Sexuality and engage in frequent collaboration with endocrinologists and other medical providers to ensure that mental health is adequately supported through HRT and surgical processes. Additionally, we do a ton of work with partners, parents, children and family systems involved in the coming-out or affirmation process of their relative.
Ellie St. Paul is an eclectic group of professionals who engage in trauma-informed care, and some of our providers are trauma-specialists who utilize EMDR and other leading modalities for managing and healing from challenging life experiences. Beyond personal trauma, we work with generational and historical trauma as well!
At Ellie St. Paul, we offer therapy, medication management, ARMHS & CTSS.
